I love paper, like L-O-V-E.... I might (just might) have boxes of different kinds of paper and envelopes stashed away for the times in life when a personal note is needed. I get it from my mom to tell the truth. I always knew growing up there was a card in the upstairs studio for just about any life event. Let's just say no birthday, anniversary, birth of a child, retirement, or wedding ever went unnoticed in our house! I was lucky, I lived with an artist, a calligrapher (I'll have to take some photos to show off her amazing work) who created beautiful works of art, had impeccable penmanship and who had a passion for the art of the written word.
I might not have developed the interest in calligraphy that I should have at a young age so I could learn the art from a true master, but I did fall in love with any and everything to do with paper. One of my favorite parts of getting a letter in the mail and sending is what the outside looks like, the stamp in the corner (is it vintage? does it match the theme inside?) and the return address... I might have a stash of return address labels and self inking stamps that could support a small town... Which is why I am super excited to announce that self-inking stamp designs are now available on our
